Integrative psychotherapy focuses on whole-person health including physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual health. A core value of this therapy is to have the patient’s sense of self be understood, accepted and solidified. Fears and unhealthy patterns are addressed and healthy behaviors are indentified, practiced, and maintained.

Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) combines the medicinal value of ketamine with psychotherapy with the intention of altering consciousness to facilitate inner work. We offer two types of KAP:

1. Psycholytic dose – refers to a low dose of ketamine that allows you to be present, aware, and talkative.

2. Journey dose – refers to a low to moderate dose of ketamine that allows you to enter into an altered state of consciousness.

Biofeedback is a non-invasive computer feedback-based treatment, which involves learning about your body’s response to stress. Physiological changes in your body are measured and feedback is given with the goal of regulating these bodily responses and achieving relaxation.
